COVID-19 Update

We are open for business. Our priority is the health and safety of our guests and our staff.

We understand that flexibility is very important and so all reservations made on our site can be modified on canceled without penalty right up until 4 PM on day of arrival.
 
The following measures have been put in place to maintain a safe and healthy environment:
 
  • Daily check ins with staff to ensure they are healthy for work. Any team member that is exhibiting any sign of illness is prohibited from working.
  • Enhanced cleaning standards with approved cleaning supplies that kill the COVID19 virus in all areas of the hotel, from lobby, to public areas and guest rooms. Increased frequency of cleaning in high traffic areas.
  • Increased transparency throughout the guest experience.
  • Adherence to all local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Limited housekeeping service for stay over guests.
  • Proper handwashing of all employees.
  • Coronavirus training for all team members.
  • Masks are worn by all team members while indoors per direction of governor.
  • Employees are practicing physical distancing where possible.
  • All laundry is washed in the warmest water settings allowable by the CDC.
  • Employees are trained to sanitize their work stations, before, during and after their shifts.
  • Plexiglass partitions have been installed at all our front desk areas to protect employees and guests.
  • New procedures to reduce guest contact with staff through a streamlined check-in and check-out process.
  • Increased sanitation procedures throughout the hotel.
  • Social distancing in practiced throughout the hotel.
  • Newspapers, magazines and brochures have been removed from the lobby.
  • Hand sanitization stations have been installed.
  • The restaurant is currently closed.
